We were looking for a new agent, and Kelly stuck out to us, because at the start of the pandemic, she was one of the only agents in our area doing virtual viewings/open houses for their clients when extreme restrictions were in place. We were really impressed with her commitment to her clients and willingness to do what it takes. We met with Kelly later in the summer and she provided us with tones of great advice to help us get top dollar for our home when we were ready to list. We were really in no rush to move unless it was the right home, and never felt pressured by Kelly into either transaction. In October our now, forever home came onto the market, and after a grueling day of back and forth and multiple offers, we were the lucky bidders on our beautiful home. Her guidance and honesty made this extremely stressful process so easy for us, especially with a 13 month old at home! After one weekend on the market, Kelly sold our house, over asking!
